Linking to documents stored by google

  • go to https://drive.google.com/ and sign into the school’s account
  • upload your document into the appropriate folder on the drive and make a note of the URL (web-address) of your document or keep the window showing the google drive open in a separate tab. To find out the URL on the google-drive use the “share” button (person next to “+” sign).
  • go to the page you would like to edit, e.g. http://morley.cambs.sch.uk/curriculum/ to update the planning wheels, and log into the website as editor, you may want to have a look at some general instructions on how to edit wordpress pages.
  • if necessary, unlink the old reference to the document you would like to update
  • if necessary, enter a reference to the new document
  • link the document to the URL of the uploaded document
